As a service provider we are responsible under Section 7, Subsection 1 of the Telemedia Act and in accordance with generally applicable laws for our own content presented on these pages. That said, pursuant to subsection 88 – 10 of the Telemedia Act we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that point towards an illegal activity.
This does not affect the obligation to remove or block utilisation of information in accordance with generally applicable laws.
